Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning, data science, and AI technologies, with a passion for creating intelligent systems that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Solution Development: Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and systems to solve complex problems and optimize processes.
  • Data Management: Work with large datasets, ensure data quality, and prepare data for training and testing AI models.
  • Model Training and Evaluation: Train machine learning models, fine-tune them, and evaluate their performance to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Integration: Integrate AI models into existing applications or new platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team leads, management, and other stakeholders to align AI development with business objectives.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and integrate new findings into AI development projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and test AI models and systems to ensure they meet industry standards and performance benchmarks.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to their professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI development with a proven track record in building and deploying AI systems.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools, machine learning platforms, and cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business problems into AI solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI or data science.
  • Publications: Published research papers or articles in reputed journals or conferences.
  • Industry Experience: Hands-on experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
