Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust backend services that power our AI-driven applications. You will work closely with our data scientists, AI engineers, and frontend developers to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems that meet the demands of our rapidly growing user base.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop: Architect and implement efficient, scalable, and secure backend services using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • API Integration: Develop and maintain APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems, ensuring robust data exchange and user experiences.
  • Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage databases to ensure data integrity, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize performance across various backend services to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Security: Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and stability of backend services.


Qualifications
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in backend development, preferably in the AI or finance sector.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, Node.js, or similar backend languages.
  • Frameworks: Strong experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, Express.js, or similar.
  • Database Management: Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • APIs: Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and working with GraphQL.
  • Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Security: Understanding of security principles and practices, including data encryption and access controls.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have
  • AI/ML Integration: Experience working on projects involving AI/ML models.
  • Microservices: Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization.
