Job Title: Product Owner


The Product Owner will define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Pulse survey automation and data-driven customer insights initiatives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing product backlogs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality features that meet customer needs and business objectives.


Key Skills and Qualifications


Education :Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.


Experience :Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in technology-driven environments.

Experience in technical product development, including technologies like AWS, Alteryx, Tableau, DBT, Airflow, Glue, Python, Survey tools, and databases.


Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

  3. Knowledge in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
  4. Experience with leveraging, training, and fine-tuning foundation models, including multimodal inputs and outputs.

  6. Experience with multi-agent systems and frameworks.
  7. Expertise in using libraries like unstructured.io for handling various document formats.
  8. Proficiency in building and querying knowledge bases using LlamaIndex and related indexing strategies.
  9. Knowledge of text chunking techniques for optimal processing and indexing of large documents.
  10. Proficiency in generating and working with text embeddings using models like BERT, GPT, or domain-specific embedding models.
  11. Experience in constructing and querying knowledge graphs, including technologies like Neo4j or RDF triplestores, and understanding of ontology design.
  12. Expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, vector databases, and semantic search.
