The Gig: 


Are you a creative genius with a knack for turning bland into grand? Does your idea of a good time involve brainstorming wild content strategies and finding new ways to make people say, “Wow, I need to book this trip”? Then we need you as our new Creative Manager

As our Creative Manager, you'll be the wizard behind the curtain, pulling all the strings (or, in this case, the mostly the content) that make our brand magic. From moment marketing to Instagram wizardry, ad campaign sorcery, and beyond—if it's creative, it's your playground.


What You'll Be Rockin':


  • Content Strategy Sorcerer: You’ll conjure up and execute content strategies that make even the dullest topic sparkle. Think Merlin with a MacBook, but with fewer robes and more deadlines.
  • Moment Marketing Maestro: You’ll have your finger on the pulse of what’s trending (no pressure) and know exactly how to jump on those bandwagons before they get too crowded.
  • Instagram Innovator: Plan to become our Instagram guru. We’re talking mad skills in making grid layouts look like modern art and stories that could rival Netflix for binge-watchability.
  • Ad Campaign Content Commander: You’ll partner with our performance marketing wizards to create ad content that stops the scroll and opens wallets. Yep, you’ll be that good.
  • Content Creation Connoisseur: Oversee the creation of all sorts of content. Blog posts? Check. Videos? Check. Memes? Triple check.
  • Creative Director Extraordinaire: Lead our team of designers, video editors, writers, and other creative misfits to ensure everything we put out there looks amazing and sounds even better. You’re like their fairy godparent, but with a stricter deadline policy.
  • Campaign Management Mastermind: Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns like a symphony conductor who’s part rock star, part spreadsheet enthusiast.
  • Brand Consistency Czar: Ensure every piece of content screams “Thrillophilia” without actually screaming, because that’s a bit much.
  • Performance Analysis Aficionado: Use your analytical superpowers to make sense of content performance metrics and tweak strategies like a pro.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work with other departments like product, sales, and customer service to make sure our content game is as tight as your last vacation budget.


Your Superpowers:


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or  nothing but - “Making Things Awesome.”
  • Proven experience in a creative management role. If you haven’t made at least one exec say “WOW,” keep scrolling.
  • A black belt in content strategy, digital marketing, social media, and advertising.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills. No typos allowed—unless they’re funny.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or some other fancy design tools we’ve probably never heard of.
  • A brain that’s 50% creativity, 50% strategic thinking, and 100% attention to detail (yeah, we know the math doesn’t add up, but you get the point).
  • Experience with analytics tools because numbers don’t lie, but they do help sell trips.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—basically, if you don’t play well with others, this isn’t the sandbox for you.
