Job Description:


Team Management

  • Oversee employee processes including onboarding, driving employee engagement, managing employee process and looking after employer branding
  • Keep a check on the onboarding process and community management.
  • Ensure effective communication between the organisation and employees
  • Take over employees’ performance management 


Business Development

  • Understand target audience and marketing opportunities for the organization.
  • Take a lead with lead generation, new business development and harness the skills of strong business acumen to get clients onboard
  • Help the organisation expand its reach and be a catalyst for increase in conversion


Creative Direction

  • Supervise the design and content team for better output 
  • Lead the creative team in directing them with strong leadership, design strategy and innovative ideation. 
  • Maintain the updates on various clients and the ongoing tasks. 
  • Conducting brainstorming sessions with the creative team to develop innovative ideas


Client Servicing

  • Liaising with clients to keep them informed, and managing client relationships 
  • Maintain client records for brief and project updates and a seamless communication channel
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex processes and providing insights to help them make informed decisions
