We help organizations overcome language barriers through professional interpretation and translation services.Learn more: maven-interpreted.comThe RoleWe are seeking a Tendering & Proposals Specialist to support our pre-sales operations in Malaysia, Singapore, the EU, and the UAE. In this role, you will manage client quotations, tender submissions, vendor registrations, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and our service delivery and sales teams during the pre-sales stage.This is a fully remote position suited for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, structured, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You’ll play a key role in shaping our client engagements and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions across multiple markets.What You’ll DoPrepare and manage end-to-end tender documents and submissions, including evaluating tender opportunities and deciding which tenders the company should bid on.Register our organization as a vendor with client institutions and maintain all vendor registrations to ensure compliance, active status, and timely updates.Maintain records, deadlines, and progress updates.Coordinate client requirements with internal teams.Assist in creating accurate quotes/estimates across multiple markets and currencies.What You’ll Bring2+ years of experience in tenders/bid managementExcellent English communication and strong numerical skills.Organized, self-driven, and comfortable meeting deadlines.Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office and remote team work platforms.What We OfferCompetitive base with monthly performance bonus & commissionInternet reimbursementFully remote workFlexible schedulePaid sick leaveComprehensive training & knowledge base accessLong-term loyalty bonus (after 12 months)Work CultureWe value trust, independence, and balance — no evening, weekend, or holiday work.
