Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 3B2 Template Developer located in Puducherry, India. The 3B2 Template Developer will be responsible for creating and maintaining templates, developing content strategies, and conducting technical documentation. The role involves writing, technical editing, and preparing manuals. The selected candidate will work closely with the technology and content teams to streamline publishing workflows and ensure efficient and quality output.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Technical Documentation, Technical Writing, and Technical Editing
  • Skills in creating and maintaining Manuals
  • Proficient in Writing and Editing technical content
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in the publishing industry is a plus
