Purpose

The purpose of this role is to unlock SS channel in the area through Channel Partner Management, Geo penetration, Execution Excellence and Servicing. The position acts as the single point of accountability for driving profitable revenue growth and all activities related to Rural business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Driving Sales Growth

- Drive Primary and Secondary targets as per the business plan- Drive business growth by maximizing coverage & achieving distribution targets- Execute plans, schemes, promos and other trade marketing agendas planned for the geo and meet targets- Adherence to market hygiene and week wise phasing

SS Management

- Support Channel Partner in achieving Key KPI- Infrastructure management of SS channel, identify and tap onto growth opportunities in SS Channel- Inventory management by ensuring stock availability as per plan and closing stock as per norms at month end- Ensure claims reconciliation and support in the closure- Periodic review of the ROI and suggest ways to optimize the same

ISR Management

- Timely filling of vacancies and ensuring availability of pipeline through market network- Set targets, communicate incentive plan and support in achievement of the same- Motivate the team to achieve the targets and maximize incentive- On the job training of ISRs, problem solving and support as required to remove road blocks- PJP planning and adherence

Reports and Database Management

- Business Intelligence(BI)- DMS/Botree reports (Secondary reports/work analyzer)

Qualification and Required Experience

- Any Graduate, Preference to MBA candidates.- Min 5 years of experience of handling frontline sales in general trade.
