Sr. Copywriter

We are looking for creative designers with a great sense of modern design.
The entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrates.
Your creatives should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into designations, logos, layouts and photos. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

Job Location:
Covid had taught us that an "Office" is not as important as we thought and a person is actually more productive Working from Home as there is no time and energy wasted on commute. Hence we have now transitioned to a 100% "Remote Work" company with our team being spread across India.
Hence, we are looking for team members who would be comfortable working remotely in the long term also.

Responsibilities:
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements:
Proven graphic designing and creative experience
Presentable portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
