Sr. Copywriter

In Marketing, you'll be at the heart of our storytelling. Your day will involve brainstorming creative campaigns,

analyzing data, or crafting messages that resonate with our audience. You'll be the voice that amplifies

Meritto's impact to the world.

● Work on anything that involves words and needs creative thought – social media, website, emails –

you name it. No touchpoint is too small or insignificant, and we're looking for someone who

understands the impact even a few words can have on the bottom line.

● Work closely with designers, videographers, and editors (in short, people) to deliver assets that

have a long-lasting impact.

● Have fun, experiment, grow, and make Meritto a name hard to forget in the industry, and make the

marketing team— the team most envied.

What we're looking for

4-6
years of experience as a writer with
min. 2 years
of team leading or mentoring experience, preferably in a SaaS organization but anything else would do too

as long as you are great at what you do.

● Strong hands-on experience and knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).

● A little familiarity with SEO guidelines and keyword research tools.

● A portfolio of work that showcases your ability to think and write for different media.

● A hawk's eye for details.

● Experience leading and mentoring a small team of writers or freelancers, with a focus on quality,

timelines, and creative collaboration.
