Roles andresponsibilities

Accounting &FinancialAnalysis

  • Help build and managethe monthly financials for the US and Indianfirms
  • Manage and monitor the monthlyquarterly and annual MIS metrics board reports anddashboard
  • Help in setting Company targetsmonitoring and ensuring timely correctiveactions

Compliances

  • All ROC RBI andfinancial filings as and when notified are dulycompleted.
  • Work closely with our consultants(financial and company secretarial) in India and the US to ensureontime completion of all compliancerequirements.
  • Compliance related to specificevents like fundraising and secondaries are taken careof

Funds Management& Budgeting

  • Manage all things APacross both the entities includingpayroll
  • Revenue management and AccountsReceivable ensuring all invoices are raised and revenue booked ontime
  • Forecast cash flow positionsrelated borrowing needs; ensure that sufficient funds are availableto meet ongoing operational and capitalrequirements
  • Collections management andmaintaining relations with the debtors(customers)
  • Liaison with departments onmonthly budget & consumption; prepare varianceanalysis
  • Report to management on variancesfrom the established budget and the reasons for thosevariances

Day to DayOperations

  • Manage & overseedaily operations of the Financedepartment
  • Maintain a documented system ofaccounting policies and procedures and manage all outsourcedfunctions
  • Monitoring & Analyzingaccounting data & prepare financial statements and MIStimely
  • Review ledgers & coordinatewith the team for book closure activities (monthly &annual)
  • GST and TDS compliances are takencare of including allreconciliations

Audit & DueDiligence

  • Own up manage andclose audits Statutory andinternal
  • Own and complete due diligence asand when required by investors/ potentialinvestors
