Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our team, responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality applications for Android and iOS using Flutter. In addition to front-end development, you will be handling backend development with Java. This role is ideal for candidates who have a solid foundation in both Flutter and Java, with proven experience in building robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Integrate with backend systems using Java, ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend.
  • Optimize application performance and improve the quality of existing codebases.
  • Write clean, modular, and scalable code with an emphasis on maintaining coding standards and best practices.
  • Manage and troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve quality and ensure code compliance.
  • Stay updated on Flutter, Java, and mobile development trends, and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Desired Skillset

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years in Flutter and 3 years in Java.
  • Frontend Skills: Proficiency in Flutter and Dart for iOS and Android development, including UI design and animations.
  • Backend Skills: Strong experience with Java for backend services, including RESTful APIs and data handling.
  • Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Development Tools: Proficient in version control tools (e.g., Git) and build tools.
  • Testing: Familiarity with unit and integration testing for both frontend and backend.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
