At Isha Foundation, we are seeking a skilled Senior Flutter Application Developer to lead our mobile application development team in Coimbatore. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented developer to showcase their expertise and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Job

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Flutter and React Native, with excellent leadership abilities to guide a team of developers. As a senior developer, you will be responsible for designing technical architecture, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring scalability and robustness of the application. Additionally, you will identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our mobile application using Flutter or React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
  • Design technical architecture and interfaces to ensure scalability and robustness.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks, and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong technical skills in Flutter and React Native.
  • Excellent leadership abilities to guide a team of developers.
  • Experience in designing technical architecture and reviewing code.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
