Job Description:

The ERP Integration Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the integration of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the integration of ERP software programs, applications, and third-party solutions as required to meet the business requirements of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

ERP Integration Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement an ERP integration strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Plan and manage the integration of new ERP software solutions with existing systems

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage ERP integration projects, including resource allocation, project timelines, and budget management.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

System Configuration and Customization:

  • Oversee the configuration and customization of ERP systems to meet specific business needs.
  • Ensure that ERP systems are designed for optimal performance and user experience.

Data Management and Migration:

  • Manage data migration from legacy systems to new ERP solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all integrated systems.

Training and Support:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on new ERP systems and processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP system users.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor the performance of integrated ERP systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies to recommend enhancements.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with various departments, including IT, finance, sales, and operations, to understand their requirements and ensure seamless ERP integration.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress and changes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP integration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Proven experience in managing ERP integration projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in the luxury interior product industry is a plus.
