AREAS OF EXPERTIES:

• Taking care and Ensure all Products Quality which is manufacturing.

• Lead a Team of 30 to 35 Employee / inspectors in the Department

• Ensure QMS Implementation in each Process / Products all the time.

• Through Process monitoring and System Implementation ensure Quality

Product Manufacturing with minimum Manpower requirements.

• Well and Advance planning in all Quality activities from Raw material receipt to

Finished Goods Dispatch. Ensure Quality / Delivery in all stages On time / EveryTime.

• Through Past History and Present Quality filter in each supplier Via Vendor

Rating Card Feeding Quality Product to production Process lines.

• Prime Focus on Vendor Development / Contract Manufacturing / Buy Sell

Concept Quality / Outsourced product Quality.

• Should have Rich Experience in Handhold the Vendor to meet our Quality

requirements and Find out Right Supplier for Right Products.

• He should Attend the Kick of Meeting (KOM) and Pre Inspection meeting (PIM)

to Customer and understand the Customer Requirements & get the Clarification

for various points of Customer Requirements from Customer / EPC (Project

Executer) and meets the Requirements Successfully..

• Raw Material Inspection Like, Castings ( Body & Bonnet ), Forgins ( Stem, Disc

) & Other Materials, Raw Materials & Finished Valves Offer to Third Party

Inspector in Various Stages & Final Inspection

• Making Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) / Inspection Test Plan ( ITP) & Special

requirement Charts. Depends upon the Customer Requirements, Making

Quality Assurance Plan and handed over to Sales Co –Ordination

Department & follow up to the Customer for getting Approval.

• Third Party inspectors, Expeditors & Customers in both Export &

Domestic Project Orders to be Handled. Documents hand over to Third Party

Inspector’s on time and getting Inspection Release or Shipping Release as

soon as possible. Line by Line Status & Activities in Project Orders giving to

Expeditor & Customer in right Time.

Maintain good relationship with all Third party Inspection Agency’s.

• Should be Familiar In all Standards & Codes Like, American Standards (API

,ANSI, ASME II,V,VIII & IX ), British Standards, Manufacturing Practices Like

MSS , Corrosion Standards like, Nace & Indian Standards.

• Inspecting, Various Type of Gate, Globe & Check Valves. Inspection Covers

the following, Like Visual, Dimensions, Hydro Test & Special Tests ( Like \

Cryogenic, Low Temperature Test & Fugitive Emission Tests ) in Various Type

of Finished Valves.

He should Visit to Vendor premises for inspection, Audit & expediting (Including

Foundries, Forge shops and Welding and Machining Vendors).

Coordinate with LAB for Chemical, Mechanical & Various Special Testing.

(Including FBE Coating & Inconel Cladding Testing)

• Radiographic Films Evaluated & Offered to Third Party inspectors &

Customers. MPI & DPI Test Conducted in Castings and Offer to Third Party Inspector

& Customer Representatives. UT test conducted in Forgings and verify the

Documents.

Carried out various process Audits and ensure the Quality during process

itself.

• Knowledge having the welding (Different welding Process) and able to make

WPS, PQR & WPQ.

• Knowledge having the TQM, Kaizen, Kizuki & 5S Process and

Implementation.

• Have the Knowledge of making Root Cause Analysis (RCA) against with

various Customer Non Conformance (NCR) Complaints.

• Effective used 7 QC Tools like Fish Bone Diagram, Bar Chart, etc.

• Good knowledge in Special Process like Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating (FBE),

Inconel Cladding (IC), Xylon Coated Process, Galvanizing.
