Job Description:

We require a detail minded and experienced Accountant with good knowledge on Tally ERP to handle day to day accounting procedures. These tasks are keeping appropriate financial records and accounting payables/receivables, preparing reports, and general observing statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP.

  2. Record, update, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

  3. Prepare and maintain ledgers, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and other financial statements

  4. Manage vendor and client invoices, payments, and receipts.

  5. Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

  6. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

  7. Support internal and external audits.

  8. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

  9. Generate financial reports and provide analysis to management for decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and other accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
