Qualifications
- Experience in Design Thinking and Visual Design
- Strong User Experience Design (UED) skills
- Proficiency in User Research methods and Prototyping techniques
- Hands-on experience in mobile and app design (iOS/Android)
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the tech or recruitment industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
