Key Skills

Expected to have:

- 14 years of experience of working on a UI/UX Design
- An understanding of Design Thinking methodologies
- Profound UI design skills with a solid portfolio of design projects
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Experience with multiplatform development, including Native Mobile, Responsive Web and Desktop Applications.
- Knowledge of design and prototyping tools, e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Abstract, etc.
- The ability to account for each stage of the user journey using journey maps, user flow diagrams, sketches, etc
- Prior experience with usability testing and user interviews
- Ability to understand and document the workflows for your designs
- Experience working in Agile product development teams
- Previous work with in a SaaS and/or B2B organization

**Job Description**:
AS UX DESIGNER, YOU WILL:

- Work closely with senior designers and product leaders to research, identify and address key business/customer goals.
- Be a proactive participant in the entire iterative design process from discovery through launch.
- Document functional user requirements to communicate design, process, rationale and decisions that direct and support UX/UI and functional design
- Utilize the UX Design System to create consistent interfaces our customers recognize as Triosoft products
