Are you a creative and talented Textile Designer with a passion for fashion and textiles? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Lower Parel, Mumbai, and contribute their expertise to our growing textile design department.


*Responsibilities:*


1. *Textile Design:* Create innovative and visually appealing textile designs for a range of products, ensuring they align with current fashion trends and brand aesthetics.


2. *Pattern Development:* Develop patterns, prints, and colorways that are both unique and commercially viable, considering market demand and production capabilities.


3. *Material Selection:* Collaborate with the procurement team to source and select the best materials for textile production, while adhering to cost constraints.


4. *Quality Control:* Oversee the quality of textile samples and finished products to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.


5. *Market Research:* Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to make informed design decisions.


6. *Collaboration:* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including fashion designers, production, and marketing, to ensure the successful execution of design concepts.


7. *Budget Management:* Manage design projects within the specified budget range and optimize resource utilization.


*Qualifications:*


- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in textile design, preferably in the fashion industry.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

- Strong understanding of textiles, materials, and production processes.

- Creative flair and the ability to translate concepts into tangible designs.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Strong attention to detail and quality.
