Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Textile Designer with expertise in Photoshop and digital printing techniques. As a Textile Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing designs for têxtiles, incorporating various patterns, colors, and textures. Your designs will be used for digital printing on a range of fabrics, including apparel, home têxtiles, and accessories. This role requires a strong understanding of têxtile design principles, proficiency in Photoshop, and the ability to bring concepts to life through digital printing techniques.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Textile Designer, with a focus on digital printing and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other design software.
- Strong understanding of têxtile design principles, including pattern creation, color theory, and fabric characteristics.
- Excellent visual and artistic skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of digital printing techniques and their limitations.
- Ability to create seamless repeats and prepare designs for digital printing.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of têxtile designs and digital printing projects.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design Creation: Develop original têxtile designs by leveraging your creativity, knowledge of trends, and understanding of customer requirements. Generate patterns, motifs, and textures that are visually compelling and suitable for digital printing.

2. Design Adaptation: Modify existing designs or adapt customer-provided designs to meet specific requirements for digital printing. Ensure the designs are optimized for the printing process and align with the technical capabilities of digital printers.

3. Color Palette Selection: Choose appropriate color palettes that enhance the overall aesthetic of the designs. Consider factors such as fabric type, target audience, current market trends, and customer preferences.

4. Digital Editing: Utilize Photoshop to manipulate and refine designs, including adjusting colors, resizing patterns, and creating seamless repeats.

7. Technical Knowledge: Understand the technical aspects of digital printing, such as color separation, file formats, and printer specifications. Ensure that designs are prepared and optimized for digital printing processes, considering factors like resolution, color accuracy, and fabric compatibility.

8. Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks on final designs before they are sent for digital printing. Verify that designs meet customer specifications, are error-free, and will reproduce accurately on fabrics.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
