ResponsibilityWe are looking for a candidate with 2- 4 years of post qualification experience to help us create, scale and optimise digital marketing campaigns for business growth.Manage Performance Marketing Campaigns on Google, Meta & AmazonBuild data driven insights that strengthens user acquisition for Fashion & Beauty brands managed by UnstitchedStrong knowledge and experience of Digital Marketing (Search, Shopping, Display, Social, Affiliates and others)Identify and implement high-impact full-funnel focused growth marketing projects.Take complete ownership of Marketing Analytics & InsightsComfortable and hands-on with marketing and attribution tools: Adwords / Doubleclick, Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, Facebook Business Hub, AppsFlyer, Apple Search Ads etcStrong grasp on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerpointKnowledge of R, SQL, preferredQuick decision making in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing prioritiesCollaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and messaging.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, as well as platform updates and algorithm changes, to inform campaign strategies and optimizations.Provide regular reports and insights to clients, offering recommendations for campaign optimization and improvementsWork efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3
years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on fashion and beauty brands.Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including ad management platforms, analytics tools, and tracking technologies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and interface with clients effectively.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Passion for fashion and beauty industry trends and consumer behaviour, with a keen eye for creative and compelling ad content.
