Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members on sales and marketing campaigns, participate in brainstorming sessions to create marketing plans for internal and external projects
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for brand-building and lead generation that align with company goals and sales targets
  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and presenting brand and competitor insights, trends, and data
  • Contribute to lead generation and customer acquisition activities, such as media promotion, networking, and email marketing
  • Coordinate public relations and outreach efforts, including press release distribution
  • Measure and report on marketing campaign performance, gather insights, and evaluate against objectives using Zoho CRM
  • Research market trends, audience demographics, competitors, and the consumer journey to drive engagement and conversions
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics and share insights with the team to create optimization strategies
  • Stay updated on new digital tools, platforms, marketing trends, and technologies, sharing findings with the team

Requirements

  • Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience in developing campaigns and promotions on Google
  • Demonstrated success in a dynamic environment, collaborating with teams and working independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong presentation abilities
