Specialist – Total Rewards

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Total Rewards professional to support global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) initiatives. This role will be instrumental in executing annual merit and bonus cycles, developing global policies, managing headcount and bonus budgets, and supporting strategic projects such as job architecture and salary benchmarking. The candidate will also work extensively with multi-currency salary data and participate in Mercer TRS surveys, collaborating with regional HR leaders to ensure alignment across global Total Rewards programs. Key Responsibilities Support the annual merit increase and bonus payout cycles, including data preparation, analysis, and reporting. Assist in developing and maintaining Total Rewards policies and frameworks aligned with global standards. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of global templates and simulation models. Conduct global salary analysis and audits across multiple currencies to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Lead and support participation in Mercer TRS surveys and other salary benchmarking exercises. Collaborate with regional HR Heads to drive consistency and alignment across global Total Rewards initiatives. Provide analytical support for policies and other compensation-related programs. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all compensation processes and systems. Required Skills 5 to 8 years of experience in a core Compensation & Benefits role, preferably in a multinational or global environment. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modelling). Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Effective communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders across regions. Experience working on global projects and cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with Mercer TRS and other compensation benchmarking tools is a strong advantage.
