The ability to create forecasting and scheduling to that forecast is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time monitoring via available tools (SQL, Google Data Studio, Advance Excel, and Google Sheets) and workforce management techniques to make intra-day adjustments to maximize resource efficiency and achieve service-level goals/business objectives.
  • Perform continual analysis of current performance (noting recent historical trends) and conduct real-time re-forecasting to make necessary adjustments in staffing plans and coordinate with Operations teams to achieve service level goals/business objectives for a multi-site operation.
  • Design and develop the dashboard with Google Data Studio and google Sheets.
  • Maintain constant communication with Operations teams to coordinate needed staffing adjustments based on current and forecasted results.
  • Produces performance forecasts on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis for multi-site operation for the given project
  • Generates and evaluates staffing schedules, and ensures data updates in the scheduling system. Generates short and long-term staffing models and provides recommendations based on analysis.
  • Compares results to forecast and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide daily/intra-day performance reports to leadership with key insights into each prospect
  • Must possess strong communication skills to ensure that department/Stakeholders are kept informed of developments effectively, and to ensure that all are aware of issues
  • Other related duties as assigned.


Experience:

  • Must have a good working knowledge of Excel, Advance Excel, and other Windows-based programs (Word, PowerPoint, etc.), and have the ability to organize/analyze data in a structured manner.
  • Must possess analytical skills essential for reviewing information, analyzing data, and making appropriate recommendations for improvement with key business insights.
  • Capacity Planning experience is preferred.
  • Proficient with SQL, Google Data Studio, Advanced Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Design and manage databases and data flows to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Examine data, processes, and technologies to evaluate the current state and critical problems for both internal business functions and external client projects
  • Experience in dashboarding using Google Data Studio and Google sheet to manage schedules, workflow, and statistical data
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python will be an added advantage for data science.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in performing Business/Data/Product Analyst/ WFM functions & Forecasting (specifically real-time management) in a multi-department/project required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related educational background
