Job Title: Business Advisor - Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with experience in inside sales and insurance calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with leads and existing clients.
  • Identify business opportunities and generate new sales through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling/networking/social media/Client database
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
  • Sales Person responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone or direct discussion.
  • Ultimately, Sales person help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our Companys rapid and sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

  • Freshers who interested in sales domain can apply.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, particularly within the service sales / Banking sales industry.
  • Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales pipelines effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
