Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Email Marketing Specialist at SSSi Tutoring Services in Noida. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with email marketing, including marketing analytics, lead generation, marketing automation, and utilizing email marketing software.


Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing analytics and communication
  • Proven ability to generate leads and accept a target-oriented and performance-linked payout
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and email marketing software
  • Use cost-effective solutions to reduce the cost of acquiring a client and cost per lead for the business by consistent cost optimization and innovative thinking ability to gain competitive advantage
  • An ability to use persuasion, consumer psychology, and marketing principles like re-marketing to drive measurable and scalable qualified leads for the business by understanding university academic assessments and an ideal approach adoption to build branding for the company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to draft compelling ad copies in conjunction with the best state-of-the-art marketing and advertisement tactics to drive revenue generation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Work with the design, SEO, content, development, social media, sales, video editors, and offline marketing departments to create compelling email copies that stand out and use integrated marketing campaigns to drive one brand message communications to prospects
  • Possess an understanding of the overseas education, academia, and international curriculum of first-world countries
  • Be responsible and accountable for generating qualified leads and be a part of the core marketing team to drive results in achieving business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
