Job Description :


- Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of digital backend engineers.


- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.


- Set clear objectives, prioritize tasks, and ensure the successful execution of projects within established timelines and budgets.


- Aggressively hire critical talent and be responsible for strategically place them at Mirafra clients


- Work with multiple clients and build strong relationships


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree, Computer Engineering, or a related field.


- Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in Physical Design/Signoff with strong exposure to Semiconductor design methodologies.


- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large teams in a dynamic engineering environment.


- Strong technical expertise in Synthesis, place and route, timing closure, and physical design methodologies.


- Proficiency in industry-standard EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics, etc.) and scripting languages (Tcl, Python, Perl, etc.).


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
