Proficiency in Verilog and SystemVerilog for hardware description and verification.
Methodologies :
- Experience with Universal Verification Methodology (UVM) is preferred, with familiarity in OVM and VMM.
Scripting :
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl and C-shell for test automation and verification environment setup.
Additional Skills :
- Familiarity with SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA) is a plus.
Experience :
- Strong general verification experience with a proven track record of academic achievements.
- Specific experience in SoC or IP verification with expertise in SystemVerilog.
Specific Domain Experience :
- Experience with verification methodologies related to PCIE, DDR, USB, Ethernet, Video, HDMI, MIPI, DSI, CSI, and VCS is highly desirable.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain verification environments for complex SoC or IP designs.
- Write and execute test plans, including test cases and test benches, to ensure the functionality and performance of hardware designs.
- Collaborate with design and architecture teams to understand specifications and verify compliance.
- Debug and resolve issues found during the verification process, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Continuously improve verification methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Solid understanding of hardware description languages, verification methodologies, and scripting languages.
- Experience with UVM is preferred, with knowledge of OVM and VMM.
- Proficiency in Verilog and SystemVerilog for design and verification.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
