IT Sales Executive

We are looking for a self-driven and energetic IT Sales Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow in B2B sales, passionate about software, and excited to work directly with clients in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, client visits, referrals, networking, and online research.

  2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and move prospects effectively through the sales funnel.

  3. Meet with prospective business clients (B2B) to understand their pain points and present relevant software solutions.

  4. Conduct product presentations and software demos to key decision-makers with confidence and clarity.

  5. Collaborate with the sales manager to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.

  6. Represent LucidPlus at promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows to build awareness and generate leads.

  7. Use CRM tools to maintain accurate sales records, track interactions, and manage opportunities.

  8. Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with field sales activities.

  9. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  10. Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the sales supervisor.

Skills & Requirements:

  1. 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT/software/SaaS.

  2. Hands-on experience in lead generation (cold calling, networking, and digital channels is a must).

  3. Strong interest in technology and software solutions.

  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  5. Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

  6. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus.

  7. Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage time effectively.

  8. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings within the assigned region.

  9. Language proficiency: Malayalam and English (mandatory).

  10. Owning a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
