Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall production operations.
  • Develop and implement production plans to achieve company targets.
  • Optimize resource utilization, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Purchase, Planning, Quality, Maintenance).
  • Prepare production budgets, cost-control measures, and MIS reports.
  • Mentor and develop production team members for skill enhancement.

Skills Required

  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing/production systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Exposure to lean manufacturing practices preferred.
