Position: Store Manager (Target-based Sales Role)
Location: Bandra, Mumbai
Openings: 2
Shifts:

• Morning: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Evening: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Weekly Off: 1 day (Monday–Friday only, no weekend leaves)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and personalized styling assistance to clients.
• Manage store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and walk-in customers.
• Coordinate with the head office for sales reporting, stock replenishment, and promotional activities.
• Train and supervise store staff (if assigned) to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Uphold brand standards in customer interaction, product display, and store presentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within luxury fashion retail.
• Graduate or above from a reputed fashion school.
• Strong sales orientation with proven target achievement record.
• Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and a polished personality.
• Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and client engagement.
• Ability to work weekends and retail hours (as per shift).
• Preference for immediate joiners.
