Skills Requirement:

- An Entrepreneurial driven person with 2+ years of experience in dealing with European Geography and handling Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers of automotive industry.- Should have a strong sales acumen, leadership, negotiation and analytical skills.- Should have worked on all aspects of the sales cycle right from sales planning, lead generation, client acquisition, revenue optimization from existing clients & leading the sales team.- Should have experience of selling services and solution in the engineering services domain, understanding of product development lifecycle for automotive embedded electronics is plus.

Role & Responsibility to Expect:

- To catalyze the business development in European region, by identifying the prospective clients for the Organization in technology companies.- Study various verticals, identify potential customers and generate leads.- Lead the sales team for overall unit growth- Carry out marketing research, do sales forecasting, promotional planning and brand promotion.- Track against targets and budget.- Meet the profitability, revenue goals and provide customer satisfaction.- Send regular updates to the management and actively participate in the decision-making process.- Assist in marketing and pre-sales activities
