You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Service Now applications and modules, meeting the needs of the organization.Responsibilities:Requirements Analysis:Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Design and Development:Design and develop Service Now applications and modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.Customize and configure workflows, forms, fields, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other Service Now components.Implement and configure Service Now IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules, such as discovery, Service Mapping, event management, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database)Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data within the CMDB.Monitor and manage infrastructure events, alerts, and incidents using Service Now Event Management.Develop and maintain integrations between Service Now and other monitoring tools and systems.
