Role Description:

- This is a full-time hybrid role for an Axapta SCM Functional Consultant at Client location .

- The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing consulting services, and implementing Axapta SCM solutions.

- The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams and may involve some remote Analytical Skills, Business Process, and Consulting expertise.

- Excellent Communication skills.

- Experience in Finance and related domains.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Knowledge of Axapta SCM and related technologies.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Industry certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:


- Gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain processes.


- Design, configure, and customize Oracle SCM modules according to business needs.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Oracle SCM solutions.


- Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.


- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations for end-users.


- Perform data migration, validation, and testing activities.


- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle SCM modules.


- Stay updated with Oracle SCM module enhancements and new features.


- Assist in developing project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.


- Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution presentations and proposal development.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.


- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant.


- In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, including but not limited to Oracle Inventory, Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Order Management, Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning, and Oracle Manufacturing.


- Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Oracle SCM solutions.


- Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or Oracle Cloud SCM applications.


- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


- Experience working on full lifecycle Oracle SCM implementations.


- Oracle SCM certification(s) is a plus.
