Senior Analyst, Accounting Operations(NetSuite Admin and Navan)

Job Descriptioninsightsoftware is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst, Accounting Operations to serve as the primary systems administrator and technical support specialist for software tools used by the Accounting team. This key position will ensure optimal performance, configuration, and user adoption of our accounting technology stack at this fast-growing financial technology company based in Raleigh, North Carolina.  What will you do?  Administer and maintain accounting software systems including user access management, system configurations, and security protocols  Provide technical support and troubleshooting for accounting team software tools, resolving issues and escalating complex problems when necessary  Monitor system performance, implement updates, and ensure data integrity across assigned accounting platforms  Design and maintain user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for accounting software tools  Collaborate with IT and vendor support teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts  Train accounting team members on software functionality, best practices, and process improvements  Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support accounting operations and system usage analytics  Support acquisition integration efforts by configuring systems for new entities and ensuring seamless data migration  Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, including license allocation and access provisioning  How will you do it?  Organization and Planning – Plan, organize, schedule, and execute system maintenance and support activities in an efficient, productive manner; focus on key priorities  Drive and Discipline – Operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on system reliability and user satisfaction  Enthusiasm – Exhibit passion for technology solutions and embrace a service-oriented attitude toward internal customers  Communication - Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical users and collaborate with cross-functional IT partners  Teamwork - Work cross-functionally with accounting, IT, and vendor teams to achieve system optimization goals  Attention to Detail - Maintain high-level attention to system configurations and user access controls to ensure security and accuracy  Perseverance - Demonstrate focus and commitment to resolving complex technical issues through to completion  QualificationsBachelor's Degree in information systems, accounting, finance, or related field  Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration, technical support, or accounting operations  Minimum 2 years experience with accounting software administration (NetSuite)  Strong proficiency in user access management, system configuration, and troubleshooting  Experience with data integration tools and API support  Intermediate+ Microsoft Excel experience with advanced functions and data analysis capabilities  PowerBI or similar business intelligence tool experience preferred  Project management experience with system implementations or upgrades  Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms and SaaS administration  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business users  Self-starter who can independently manage system administration responsibilities with minimal oversight  Snowflake or data warehouse experience preferred  Experience with Coupa preferred  Open to work from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM  Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. ** At this time insightsoftware is not able to offer sponsorship to candidates who are not eligible to work in the country where the position is located . ** insightsoftware About Us: Hear From Our Team - InsightSoftware (wistia.com) ** At this time insightsoftware is not able to offer sponsorship to candidates who are not eligible to work in the country where the position is located . ** insightsoftware About Us: Hear From Our Team - InsightSoftware (wistia.com) Background checks are required for employment with insightsoftware, where permitted by country, state/province.
