You'll collaborate with squads to uncover deep insights into member behavior, partner engagement, and program effectiveness—fueling smarter decisions that enhance experiences, strengthen partnerships, and maximize business value. Your work will directly influence program structure, optimize member interactions, and drive measurable impact, ensuring squads hit their KPIs while delivering exceptional results. You’ll be great in this role if you: Have 3+ years experience in an insights analytics role or equivalent, with a focus on driving business outcomes Come with previous experience in build and design of self-serve reports and dashboards Are comfortable with consulting, influencing and advising key business stakeholders independently including Product and Marketing.
