International Sales Executive

Fleksa is a comprehensive digital platform designed for the restaurant industry. Our innovative software solutions help restaurants manage their operations seamlessly, from online ordering to POS systems and reservations, driving business growth in both local and international markets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales, specifically in selling software solutions to restaurants.- Strong understanding of restaurant industry needs and the software products that cater to them.- Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Comfortable working night shifts to handle international clients and markets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed research to identify new international market opportunities and restaurant industry trends.- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies specifically for selling restaurant software solutions to international clients.- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with restaurants, distributors, and partners globally, understanding their software needs and offering tailored solutions.- Lead Generation & Sales: Generate and qualify leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals with restaurants in international markets.- Contract Management: Prepare and manage sales contracts in accordance with international regulations.- Product Knowledge & Training: Stay updated on Fleksa’s suite of restaurant software solutions and train international sales teams and distributors.- Pricing Strategy Development: Create competitive pricing strategies for different international markets while considering local factors.- Customer Feedback & Insights: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to inform sales strategies and product development.- Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate adaptability and cultural awareness when dealing with international clients from diverse backgrounds.- Achieving KPIs & Sales Targets: Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve sales targets for international markets, ensuring continuous growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling restaurant software solutions in international markets.- Proven track record of closing sales and growing market share in the restaurant tech sector.- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.- Ability to work night shifts and handle international time zones effectively.
