Job description -

Msigma Gokulam is an ed-tech company rooted in the engineering realm, providing a different array of services including education to engineering students, as well as training students for top level competitive exams like GATE, ISE, PSU etc. We have a dedicated IT Wing focused on delivering quality and efficient solutions to clients as well as an R&D Wing researching on different technologies in the field of AI, Embedded Systems & IoT. What sets us apart is our passionate team and happy clients and students who did our marketing for us till now.


Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced digital marketing specialist to develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, and possess a passion for driving results through data-driven insights.


What are we looking for?


Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

At least 2-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success

Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing

Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo, is a plus.


Responsibilities-


Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, email, display advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO)


Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, including web traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics


Optimize campaigns to improve performance, by analyzing data and making informed decisions based on insights


Manage social media accounts, including creating and posting content, responding to customer inquiries and comments, and monitoring engagement


Create and manage email campaigns, including designing templates, writing compelling copy, and managing subscriber lists


Collaborate with internal teams, including content creation, design, and development, to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals


Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement in existing campaigns
