The Digital Marketing Officer at Cindrebay School of Design, Trivandrum will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organisation's online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive lead generation, and enhance the online reputation of the school's Trivandrum branch. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of digital marketing, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Local Search Marketing, with the support of one or two interns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategy Development and Planning:

- Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the school's goals and target audience.
- Plan and execute effective campaigns to promote courses, events, and initiatives for Trivandrum campus
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies for maximum impact.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

- Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and A/B testing to optimise campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Social Media Marketing (SMM):

- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop a content calendar and posting schedule to maintain consistent online presence.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage online community engagement.
- Local Search Marketing:

- Manage local listings and directories to ensure accurate and consistent information across all branches.
- Implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility in local search results.
- Monitor and respond to reviews on platforms like Google My Business, Yelp, etc.
- Online Reputation Management:

- Implement strategies to enhance and maintain a positive online reputation for Cindrebay Trivandrum
- Monitor online reviews and comments, addressing both positive and negative feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Regularly analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.
- Prepare detailed reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Team Management:

- Lead and guide one or two interns to execute various digital marketing tasks.
- Provide training, support, and mentorship to interns to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Coordinate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and compelling marketing materials.
- Collaborate with branch managers to align marketing efforts with each branch's unique requirements.
- Maintain clear and open communication channels with internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field. A relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and other relevant digital marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEM, SMM, local search marketing, and online reputation management strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity and a strong eye for design and content aesthetics.
- Leadership skills to manage and mentor interns effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
