Sàwai Capital is looking for Investor Acquisition & HNI Relations Professionals for its investment and real estate platform. We are seeking experienced professionals with strong access to HNIs, UHNIs, and Family Offices. This role is designed for individuals who have managed high value clients and can facilitate meaningful capital deployment into real estate and alternative investment opportunities.About Sàwai CapitalSàwai Capital is a boutique alternative investments and real estate platform with core capabilities across:Early Stage Real Estate InvestmentsLuxury & Off-Market Real EstatePrivate Credit & Structured Debt in Real EstateRole OverviewThe Investor Acquisition & HNI Relations professionals will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-value investors and family offices, and for presenting investment opportunities across real estate and alternative asset classes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and expand relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and NRI investors.Present Sàwai Capital’s investment mandates, including Real Estate PE, Structured Credit, and bespoke real estate opportunities.Build a sustainable investor acquisition funnel and maintain long-term relationships.Conduct investment discussions, portfolio reviews, and mandate presentations.Collaborate with internal investment teams to deliver tailored opportunities to clients.Represent Sàwai Capital at private investor engagements, industry events, and relationship-led forums.Candidate Profile5–15 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Family Office Advisory, or Real Estate Capital Raising.Established relationships with investors who actively deploy capital into real estate and alternative investments.Strong understanding of investment products, client advisory, and portfolio discussions.Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and high-value clients with professionalism and discretion.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.A high degree of integrity, maturity, and client sensitivity.Why Join UsOpportunity to work with a premium investment platform focused on high-value asset classes.Exposure to marquee transactions and institutional-grade investment structures.Performance-driven incentives and growth opportunities.A professional, collaborative, and strategic working environment.
