LLP is a boutique Chartered Accountancy firm specialising in Virtual CFO services, startup advisory, and financial consulting. As part of our internal growth, we are seeking a Finance Lead to manage and oversee our internal finance operations.Role Overview:This is a non-client-facing, internal support role responsible for maintaining and monitoring the financial records and processes of the firm. The candidate will directly work with the firm's leadership and support strategic financial decisions.Key Responsibilities:Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting in Zoho BooksManaging cash flow, vendor payments, and fund planningMonitoring and following up on Accounts receivablePreparing and presenting MIS reports and internal dashboardsAssisting in business planning, budgeting, and financial analyticsEnsuring timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filingsCoordinating with auditors, bankers, and external consultants when requiredRequired Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & AccountsProficiency in Zoho Books (hands-on working knowledge is mandatory)CA Inter qualified or Postgraduate degree (M.Com / MBA Finance)Prior experience in a CA firm or consulting environment preferredStrong command over numbers, financial accuracy, and attention to detailDemonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and reliabilityImportant Note:This role is strictly internal-facing and not intended for freshers, interns, or those looking for external client exposure. Candidates with a clear understanding of the job scope and a genuine interest in building a long-term career with the firm will be preferred.
