Job Summary:


As a Motion Graphics Designer, you do more than bring graphics to life. You will have an opportunity to utilize your strong creative background to create powerful stories that capture an audience and leave them wanting more. In this role, you will be designing and creating visually stunning motion graphics for both internal and agency-shot videos that bring our brand to life with consistent and high-quality output, maintaining standards, and constantly pushing the boundary of innovation.


Job Responsibilities:


Create visually engaging, impactful, functional & user centric animations, videos, gifs or motion edits.

Collaborating with in-house illustrators, explaining the animation process so that assets can be created accordingly

Connect and coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand the objectives & requirements.

Plan deadline/schedules with the team for the various steps in the design process & analyzing project workflow for multiple concurrent projects

Brainstorm and collaborate with members of the design team to ideate, improvise and add value to existing designs & systems


Job Requirements:


Industry experience of 2 - 4 years with design studios / ad agencies / brands / freelancing or any other

A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, brand communication and/or other relevant fields with a strong foundation in Design

Be well versed with principles of graphic design & layouts, typography & illustration, animation & motion graphics

Profound knowledge of Software like Adobe After effects, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Cinema 4D

Added knowledge in videography, blender, Maya or any other emerging technologies will be appreciated

Understanding of pre production structures like camera angles, lighting, storyboarding, green screen and more

Good communication, both written and verbal
