Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. With a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing a variety of design software, including AI, Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Premiere), Figma, Canva and Hubspot. Adobe Express and Firefly are a plus.
Responsibilities :
Create engaging motion graphics, visual effects, and animations to enhance marketing materials and promotional content.
Develop video projects from conception to completion, including storyboarding, editing, and final production.
Incorporate motion graphics elements into raw video footage to effectively convey brand messages and promotional campaigns.
Design print materials, banners, and event promotional materials according to brand guidelines and specifications.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality content across various channels.
Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
Continuously iterate and improve creative work based on user feedback, data analytics, and client input.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in motion graphic design.
Proficiency in AI, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Adobe Express, Firefly and Hubspot.
Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphic design skills and proficiency in designing print, banners, and event promo materials.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in motion graphics and graphic design.
