Professional with extensive experience in Solution Design, UML modeling, ARIS modeling, TMForum frameworks, database knowledge, JPA/JPQL, and SVN version control. Expert-level knowledge in these areas, combined with hands-on experience in telecom environments and large-scale system design. Also, should have extensive experience in the deployment and management of service activation solutions in telecommunications environments, utilizing custom Activators or COTS products (Like Ericsson dynamic activation) for both transport and access networks. Expertise in automating service provisioning, managing network elements (NE), and integrating systems within OSS/BSS platforms. Deep understanding of service activation processes, monitoring, and network optimization, ensuring services are deployed efficiently, scalably, and reliably. Advanced UML Modeling Expertise
• Key Skills: Proficient in creating and interpreting complex UML models (Class, Sequence, State, Activity diagrams), with deep knowledge of modeling standards (e.g., OMG, MDA). Able to analyze business processes and system requirements, translating them effectively into UML models. Expertise in UML data models, including class diagrams and object relationships, with a focus on translating UML models into relational database schemas.
• Experience: Extensive background in enterprise-level UML modeling for telecom and large distributed systems, collaborating across teams to convert functional requirements into technical, architectural models. Mastery of ARIS Modeling Tool
• Key Skills: Expertise in customizing and managing models within ARIS, including end-to-end process management from business processes to operational models. Proficient in integrating ARIS with other enterprise architecture tools and adapting ARIS for telecom-specific frameworks like TMForum (eTOM, SID).
• Experience: Successfully led large-scale ARIS projects in telecom, integrating operational data to generate actionable insights and optimize service delivery through automated workflows. Proven track record in business process reengineering, adapting process models as requirements evolve in fast-paced telecom environments. Deep Knowledge of TMForum Framework, Telecom functional and solution Design
• Key Skills: Expertise in TMForum frameworks (eTOM, SID, TAM), with strong capabilities in business process modeling that adheres to TMForum standards. Knowledgeable in designing telecom OSS/BSS systems, with a focus on service fulfillment and network management. Design and document system architectures, process flows, solution architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Experience: Extensive experience implementing TMForum frameworks in end-to-end telecom solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices for service management. Extensive experience in designing telecom solutions across one or more Telecom domains (Order Management, Service Fulfillment, Plan and Build, and Network Management etc.). Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of solutions. Expertise in technical skills
• Key Skills: Expertise in SQL, Core JAVA, object-relational mapping (ORM) and SQL for complex queries and performance optimization.
• Good to have JPA/JPQL , BPM, AngularJS, Spring Batch.
• Programming & Scripting: Proficient in Java, Python, SQL, and Shell scripting for configuring, customizing, and integrating service activators and network element management systems.
• Network Protocols & Technologies: Advanced knowledge of telecom network protocols and technologies such as SNMP, NetConf, CLI, SOAP, REST, and YANG, essential for network device integration and configuration management.
• Project Management: Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies, working in collaborative environments to deliver projects on time and meet high-quality standards.
• Network Monitoring & Diagnostics: Experience using network monitoring and diagnostic tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, Wireshark. Functional Skills:
• Service Activators: Hands-on experience implementing and customizing service activation solutions (or any other), ensuring seamless service provisioning, activation, and management across transport and access networks.
• Transport Networks: In-depth knowledge of service activation and management in transport networks, including technologies like MPLS, SDH, WDM, and Ethernet, optimizing connectivity and service performance in complex environments.
• Access Networks: Expertise in managing service provisioning and activation for access networks (both fixed and mobile), including technologies such as xDSL, GPON, LTE, 5G, and fiber optics.
• Network Element (NE) Management: Proficient in configuring, monitoring, and managing network elements through tools such as Ericsson Network Manager (ENM) and Ericsson Element Management System (EMS), ensuring seamless operation and alignment with service delivery requirements.
• Network Orchestration & Automation: Design and implement network service orchestration solutions that automate service provisioning and activation workflows across multi-vendor environments using standards such as TM Forum.
• OSS/BSS System Integration: Extensive experience integrating activation solutions with OSS/BSS systems, including inventory management, service provisioning, billing, and order management. Proficient in RESTful APIs, SOAP, and industry-standard communication protocols.
