UAE’s largest home services company.
Responsibilities in FinTech Team
● Design, develop and maintain our Accounting system which powers multiple geographies and
product lines like on-demand, routines, bundles, d2c, b2b etc. with varying complexities.
● Develop and optimize automated flows for taxation and invoicing that comply with regulatory
standards across regions.
● Architect and enhance a scalable, fault-tolerant Settlement System that processes
high-volume payouts (in the crores) daily to our partners.
● Build user-friendly features in our Partner app that improve visibility into earnings, payouts,
and taxation details, both at aggregate and job-specific levels.
● Stay updated with the latest technology trends, bringing innovation and best practices into the
organization.
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Product, to translate
business requirements into technical solutions.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
● 2-4years of experience in the industry, preferably Ecommerce.
● Skilled in developing tools, microservices and workflows.
● Hands-on coding in any programming language- Node, Python, Go, Java etc.
● Knowledge of database servers like mysql, mongo, postgres etc.
● Knowledge of message brokers like kafka, rabbitmq etc.
● Ability to think and design complex systems at High level and Low Level.
● Understanding of Micro-service architecture and its coding practices.
● Ability to bring new practices, architectural choices and new initiatives onto the table to
make the overall tech stack more robust.
