Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Analyst & MIS located in Chennai. The Data Analyst & MIS will be responsible for compiling, analysing, and interpreting data to provide insights and support decision-making processes. The role includes creating and managing data models, generating statistical reports, and maintaining accurate databases. The Data Analyst & MIS will also be responsible for communicating findings with management to inform program strategies and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics experience
  • Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Experience with data analysis software and tools
  • Prior experience in the social sector or with non-profit organizations is a plus

Job Location: Chennai

Salary: 30 K to 45K (based on the performance and experience)
