About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst / Web Analytics who can go beyond numbers—someone who can translate paid ads data into powerful stories that clients can easily understand and act upon. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Paid Ads team, providing not only performance analysis but also narratives that explain the client journey from clicks to conversions to ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end analytics process for paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities across the marketing funnel.
  • Build and deliver clear, story-driven presentations that take clients through the full journey — from impressions and clicks to conversions and ROI.
  • Create dashboards & reports (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Excel) that highlight performance, but also tell a story instead of just showing numbers.
  • Work closely with Paid Ads Managers to recommend data-backed optimizations.
  • Support A/B testing, attribution modeling, and funnel analysis to explain why campaigns perform the way they do.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking (GA4, GTM) and validate campaign measurement.
  • Act as the data voice in client meetings, helping clients see the bigger picture behind campaign metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst (experience with paid ads data is mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and attribution models.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau).
  • Experience with Python or R for deeper analysis/automation is a plus.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills – ability to explain complex data in simple, client-friendly language.
  • Proven experience presenting insights directly to clients or senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, KPIs, and ROI measurement.
  • Adobe Analytics will be a great advantage
