Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated
Power BI Developer
with strong SQL expertise to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing interactive dashboards, data models, and reports in Power BI, along with solid experience in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design, develop, and maintain
Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations
.

·      Create and optimize
data models
to support reporting and analytics needs.

·      Write and optimize
SQL queries
for data extraction, transformation, and validation.

·      Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

·      Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in reporting.

·      Perform performance tuning of reports and queries.

·      Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources (SQL databases, Excel, APIs, etc.).

·      Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements to BI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      2–4 years of experience as a
Power BI Developer
.

·      Strong proficiency in
SQL
(joins, subqueries, performance tuning, stored procedures).

·      Experience in creating DAX measures, calculated columns, and Power Query transformations.

·      Solid understanding of
data modeling concepts
(star schema, snowflake, relationships, hierarchies).

·      Experience with data visualization best practices.

·      Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

·      Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have (Optional):

·      Experience with cloud data sources (Azure SQL, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).

·      Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.

·      Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, OBIEE, etc.).
