Responsibilities

  • Analyse requirements, optimize processes, and conceptualize solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Lead solution design, development, and extension components (plugins, custom APIs, ribbon customizations, web resources).
  • Implement Dynamics 365 and Power Apps solutions with strong focus on governance, security, and change management.
  • Mentor junior developers, share best practices, and promote technical excellence within the team.
  • Deploy solutions, manage ALM pipelines, and ensure delivery of high-quality, sustainable software.
  • Engage with the latest Microsoft technologies while working on projects for international clients, always prioritizing customer focus and sustainability.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5 years of proven development experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and database design principles.
  • Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, SQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, with experience in custom connectors.
  • Hands-on expertise in authentication/authorization flows across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • DevOps experience on Azure Platform and familiarity with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams).
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Certification with Microsoft Power Platform
