Job Summary:

US time zoneWe're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience in solution sales, focusing on IT Staffing services. Your role will involve identifying leads, nurturing them, and contributing to revenue growth in the USA and India markets.Key Responsibilities:Lead Identification:Research potential clients in the USA and India.Use social media, industry events, and online platforms for lead generation.Prospecting and Outreach:Engage potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.Articulate the value of our IT Staffing services.Qualification and Needs Analysis:Qualify leads and understand client requirements.Collaborate with sales to match leads with target clients.CRM Management:Use CRM tools for lead management and updates.Ensure accurate and organized lead information.Collaboration with Sales:Work with sales for smooth lead handover.Provide insights on lead quality and market trends.Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.Share insights with sales and marketing teams.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.2-3 years of experience in IT services lead generation.Strong understanding of IT services and sales processes.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Effective needs analysis and lead qualification skills.Familiarity with CRM tools.

ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.Understand clients' business needs and requirements to tailor the ERP solution accordingly.Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.Account Hunting, contact discovery, upselling, etc.Regularly monitor and manage the updating of information related to leads, contacts, accounts, and account hierarchies to maintain clean and appropriately structured database records.Create informative presentations; present and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.QualificationsAt least 2-3 years of ERP/IT Sales experience, specifically focusing on the USA market and pitching to USA clients.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.NetSuite ERP sales will be considered an added advantage.
